The Supreme Court, at its resumed hearing on Tuesday stood own judgement in the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, suit challenging Emeka Ihedioha of Imo state.
Senator Ifeanyi Ararume, candidate for APGA, is challenging the decision of the Court of Appeal, which affirmed the decision of Imo State Governorship Election Tribunal that Ihedioha was duly elected as governor.
