Boko Haram Launches Fresh Attack On Damaturu

Reports  Friday night said  Damuturu,  Yobe State capital has come under fierce attack  from Boko Haram insurgents.

As the attack progressed  the  town’s residents alerted  journalists ,relatives and other friends within and outside  the state  about their plight.

This is the second big attack on the capita by the insurgents within a short period.Nigerian military used air raids to dislodge the insurgents when they embarked on early morning invasion  of the capital recently.

There was no official statement on the latest attack at the time of filing this report.
