Twenty-two Foreign Registered Privately operated aircraft that have been issued with Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority’s (NCAA) Flight Operations Clearance Certificate (FOCC) and Maintenance Clearance Certificate (MCC).
This was made known today by the management of NCAA in a notice sent to the media. The operators of the registered aircraft only authorised to operate within Nigeria strictly for Private Operation Only and Not for Hire or Reward (Not For Commercial Purpose) according to Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs) 8.2.1.9.
The successful operators are: Air First,ANAP Business Jets,ATT Aviation Support Ltd.,AVJET Corporation, BUA Group Limited,Chrome Air, Delmon Aviation./C&K, Dominion Air,EAN Aviation Limited,Executive Jets, Ferry Aviation Dev. Serv.,Gitto Construzioni, Grenfact Ventures Ltd,Gyro Air limited, NAMCO Nig. Limited, Orlean Invest West Africa Prime Air, Project Eagle Air Ltd, Southern Air, SWAT Technology Ltd, Tag Aviation Ltd and Toucan Aviation Support.
The use of these Operators’ aircraft for Commercial Operations, according to NCAA, would be in violation of the NCARs 9.1.1.4(a)(b) and would attract appropriate sanctions by the Authority.
