Nigeria’s Supreme Court has declared that Alhaji Ahmed Makarfi is the authentic national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
With this verdict, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff has lost his claim to being the national chairman of the party.
Wednesday’s ruling of the apex court brings to an end the long drawn battle for the control of PDP.
