Respite came for the All Progressives Congress,APC as a Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned a suit challenging General Muhammadu Buhari’s eligibility as the party’s candidate for the March 28 presidential election.
The case has been adjourned till Aprill 22 and 23 this year by the court .
Justice Adeniyi Ademola who announced the adjournment on Tuesday also ruled that the move will affect all the suits filed against Buhari.
The Judge had consolidated the myriad of suits against Buhari to be heard as a single case because they all seek to ask the court to decide whether Buhari was eligible to run in the presidential race.
