The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar is believed to have picked former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi as his vice presidential running mate.
According to a PDP bigwig, Obi met with Atiku minutes ago with some leaders of the PDP at the later’s residence in Abuja.
”Together they portray themselves as bridge-builders who will champion government as a powerful and positive tool for Nigeria. While their policy positions have not been identical, they are of like minds about battling to keep President Muhammadu Buhari out of Aso Villa come 2019,” he stated further.
