(Updated) All Progressives Congress,APC Presidential Aspirant, Mr Sam Nda-Isaiah has postponed his formal declaration by one week,Newsdiaryonline.com has learnt.The event which had been initially scheduled to hold on Tuesday, October 28 has now been shifted to November 4th ,2014.It will hold at Minna Polo Ground.
Newsdiaryonline.com learnt that the decision to postpone the formal declaration was taken after consultation with the stakeholders across the country.
Sam as he is fondly called is one of the four presidential aspirants going for the APC primaries hoping to emerge as the party’s flagbearer.Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Head of State ,General Muhammadu Buhari have formally declared their intention to vie for the party’s ticket.
Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso and Sam are the two aspirants expected to formally declare after former governor of Kwara State ,Bukola Saraki pulled out of the race.
Speaking on Sam’s declaration, a source said ,“the event has been postponed by one week after a meeting with stakeholders.It will now hold November 4. And it will take place at Minna Polo Ground.”
