Ahead of the upcoming national convention of the All Progressive Congress, APC, grassroots youth organisations from across the country, will converge on Abuja, Thursday to make a declaration.
The coalition which includes civil society organisations, CSOs such as youth organisations, clubs, trade union and others will converge under the auspices of National Grassroots Coalition for Good Governance.
The primary aim of the group, as contained in the letters signed Comrade Nuhu Sani Lere, the National Secretary says the meeting is aimed at ensuring youths are given the space in Political leadership henceforth and to discourage the unending recycling of old politicians that have not added much value to our development over the years.
Already, over 60 youths association and other similar organisations have been mobilized and will meet in Abuja on Thursday.
One of the key elements of the meeting is to take a position that will send signal to parties and their leaders to give youths the chance effective from 2023.
