The Special Guest of Honour His Excellency the Executive Gov of Ebonyi State Chief Engr Dave Nwaeze Umayi,the Deputy Gov of Anambra State Dr Nkem Okeke,the Deputy Gov of Abia State Rt Hon Ude Okochukwu, Speaker Ebonyi State House of Assembly.
The Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Yusuf Buratai was ably represented by Chief of Policy and Plans (Army) Lieutenant General Lamidi Adeosun,Chief Of Administration (Army).Major General Usman Yakubu,General Officer Commandig 82 Division Major General Lasisi Adegboye and other senior officers serving and retired were in attendance.
