A kind of Religion has emerged in Africa and its called laziness and mediocrity. The African religions leaders won’t talk about Usain Bolt or Serena Williams. They won’t talk about late Dora Akunyili; they wont talk about Bill Gates and his struggle’s before achieving success; they won’t talk about Steve Jobs or the young people in Silicon Valley reshaping our world. They won’t talk about young American scientists spending endless hours in search of a cure to a disease that’s predominantly in the Tropical African region.

The African religions leaders won’t talk about Late Nelson Mandela and how long it took him to achieve freedom in South Africa or late President Gadfi who became the African best achiever in his country but later was killed by those who admired his huge success but never believed an African could record such Leadership greatness without running for foriegn loan.

In every corner of the world, there exist young men and women who have defiled all odds and became successful through hardworking, creativity and dedication and commitment … The African religious leaders won’t talk about them…, neither would they ask their followers to emulate the spirit and drive of these great individuals.

They would rather talk about sister’s who got jobs not meant for them and was never QUALIFIED for the job and because she prayed and fasted in line with their programs.”
Or
Poor brothers who became a millionaire because they used all their income as a seed.
Or
Being talking about those young people who they laid their hands on and they all got admission into the university without a good result
Or
Someone emptying their pockets in paying tithes and business started growing everywhere across the nation…no business plan, no strategy, no feasibility study, no customer analysis just magic and boom money everywhere.

This has led to a new breed of mentally lazy young people who now see God as a rewarder of mediocrity and laziness.

To most african religious leaders, the only way to prosperity is by paying your tithe and sowing seeds always. So they will never talk about those who have through hard, commitment and dedication placed themselves on the world map.

No…the African God only blesses the first 30 people that rush to the altar to drop N100,000 as seed.

According to them The African God abhors hard work and creative thinking, He only gives to those who sow seeds and offerings……and those who shout “i am a millionaire” every morning and does nothing the rest of the day.

Fellow African Youth

Without hard work, good strategy and implementation you will go no where.

Don’t be a joker.
Can someone tell these jokers that irrespective of your creed, faith or religion, blessings and favours follow you once you start using your talent and become useful to your society.

God doesn’t owe you $10

The free fall of currency did not happen overnight.
In Nigeria for example When Naira was stronger was when we had,

  1. Peugeot Automobile Nigeria.
  2. Volkswagen Nigeria.
  3. Dunlop Nigeria LTD
  4. Michellin, Nigeria
  5. BATA.
  6. LENNARDS.
  7. Nigerian Airways.
  8. Steel Rolling Mill, Osogbo.
  9. Steel Rolling Mill, Ajaokuta
  10. Arewa Textile Mill.
  11. BEREC Battery.
  12. ANAMCO
  13. General Motors.
  14. Kingsway.
    15 A.G. Leventis
    16 Bhojson’s
  15. IBM
  16. IICC.
  17. RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB.
  18. ETC

Free fall started when we abandoned ours to,

  1. IICC for ARSENAL
  2. RANGERS for MAN. U.
  3. EYINMBA for LIVERPOOL.
  4. NIGERIA AIRWAYS for BA
  5. YANKARI for DISNEY LAND.
  6. GURARA for ISRAEL.
  7. IKOGOSI for UK .
  8. PALM WINE for HENESSY.
  9. AREWA for SWISS LACE.
  10. ARIARIA for ITALIAN SHOES.
  11. MAMA PUT for QUINOX.

There is practically nothing on ground in Nigeria for example to attract the dollar. Naija brands are sponsoring foreign clubs.

A bottle of Henessy is 110k in Quinox, in V.I. The voice over of ARIK AIR advert was done by an English man. Can the African youth focus on the positive and be productive so we can take over the African nation and be the center of greatness.
