Governor Adams Oshiomhole has relieved Captain Felix Omokhodion, Senior Special Assistant on Projects Monitoring, of his appointment, in the public interest.
“Captain Omokhodion is directed to hand over all government property in his possession to the office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) within 24 hours of this announcement, please”the statement signed by Peter Okhiria,chief press secretary to the Governor said.
His sack came on a day the Edo State House of Assembly was said to have witnessed some confusion as some members called for the ouster of the Speaker.Other reports said some of the lawmakers have been suspended for anti-party activity.
