Finally, President Jonathan Signs 2014 Budget

President Goodluck Jonathan has signed the 2014 Appropriation Bill into law Friday morning.Now there is effectively a 2014 Appropriation Act.

Reports from the Presidential Villa said Jonathan appended his signature in a brief ceremony before jetting out to South Africa where he is expected to meet with other African leaders on a joint action against terrorism.
