Suspected Terrorists Attack Bachelor Party, Kill Eight in Borno

Suspected Boko Haram terrorists have again launched another attack which killed eight people and several others were wounded ,according to Reuters.The latest killing was targeted at a bachelor party in Borno State.
“Three Boko Haram members came on motorcycles at about 11 yesterday night,” Abdul Usman told Reuters in the Maiduguri, where he fled after escaping the attack on Tashan Alade village. “They were shooting indiscriminately,” the Reuters report further said.
This attack came a day after Mr Labaran Maku,information minister who doubles as supervising minister of defence said the latest attacks on Bama were carried out by insurgents who came from across Cameroun border.He also said tackling the Boko Haram insurgency has been a top priority of the federal government.
The federal government had declared a state of emergency in the northeast region including Adamawa,Borno and Yobe states.
