Vice President Arc Mohammed Namadi Sambo was in Kano, Saturday for the wedding fatiha of the Son of Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
Dr. Mustapha Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso was wedded to Yusrah Yusuf Lawan on a dowry of one hundred thousand naira.
Vice President Sambo represented the groom, while Alhaji Aminu Dabo stood in for the bride.
The ceremony which took place at the Kano City Mosque was conducted by the Chief Imam, Professor Sani Zaharadeen.
Arc Sambo prayed Almighty Allah to grant the newly weds good health, long life and happy married life.
The event was witnessed by several dignitaries including Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State.
