The Supreme Court, on Tuesday upheld Appeal Court decision and declared Mr Samuel Ortom of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) duly elected governor of Benue state.
The apex court also dismissed the appeal filed by Mr Emmanuel Jime, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The judgement was delivered after lawyers to the parties adopted their written arguments.
