Reports from Kaduna said the police detonated a bomb made of IEDs on Friday afternoon.The incident occurred at about 3.00pm.
A pandemonium had ensued upon sighting a strange object along Junction road,in Kaduna.
Our correspondent said the Kaduna State Command of Nigeria Police confirmed the incident.The police said a good Samaritan alerted the police who moved in swiftly.The anti-bomb squad came in and discovered the suspicious carton contained an IED which the team immediately detonated without any casualty.
The latest incident happened after a relatively long break in suspected terror attacks in the metropolis.
