Spokesman of the Save Nigeria Group,Mr Yinka Odumakin has confirmed to Newsdiaryonline.com that Pastor Tunde Bakare ‘is back home’ after honouring an invitation by the State Security Service,SSS in Lagos .
Explaining what happened Odumakin said Bakare was not arrested.He said the vice presidential candidate of opposition Congress for Progressive Change ,CPC was actually invited by the SSS and Bakare honoured the invitation.
The state director of SSS had a chat with him for about one hour and Bakare “is back home”,Odumakin said.
Earlier reports said Bakare was invited for questioning following his sermon in his church yesterday July 22, 2012 titled “How to change government peacefully and make society better”.
He arrived at the Lagos SSS office at SSS office at 3.10pm,reports said.
