President Muhammadu Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has directed the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN to lead a Presidential delegation to Sokoto.
According to a statement signed by Malami’s media aide, Dr Umar Jibril Gwandu, members of the delegation include Minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Maigari Dingyadi.
The delegation will, among other things, represent President Muhammadu Buhari and deliver his goodwill to the families of Ambassador Shehu Malami, CON, OFR and that of Late Alhaji Musa Abubakar during the wedding fatiha of their children Alhaji Abubakar Musa and Zainab Shehu Fodio.
The wedding fatiha is expected to hold at the residence of Professor Sambo Wali Junaidu, the Wazirin Sokoto, on Saturday 8th August, 2020.
