President Goodluck Jonathan has finally sacked some of his ministers in his first major reshuffle of his cabinet.Nine ministers were relieved of their posts today.
Those affected include Ruqayat Rufai ,minister of education,Zainab Kuchi minister of state( Power) Buka Tijani, minister of state (Agriculture ), Shamsudeen Usman, minister of national Planning and Olusola Obada,minister of defence(state).
Also sacked include Olugbenga Ashiru ,minister of foreign affairs, Ama Pepple (Lands) and Hadiza Mailafia,minister environment and Ita Okon ,minister of science and technology .
The presidency had hitherto denied reports of any reshuffle.
