Youth, Catalysts For Political Development, Says Kano UPN Guber Candidate

The governorship candidate of the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) in Kano state, Alhaji Abubakar Kyado has said that the youth are a global catalyst for political development.

He told Newsdiaryonline during the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party in Sokoto Thursday that while the youth who are the leaders of tomorrow, should be  properly groomed, they also should rise to the needed political change.

According to Kyado, the national political space should see to the proper grooming of the youth  who in turn would ensure a developed nation, he said adding that “the youths in Kano state should rise up for the needed political change of leadership in order to ensure quality democratic governance.”

He observed that they remained the largest single class of people capable of being used to ensure massive political growth in Kano state.

Kyado promised to strengthen the agricultural sector by introducing thorough-bred mechanization throughout the state, if elected as governor.

Assuring that the youth would be actively engaged in modern agriculture, he added that a master plan on how to ensure the provision of modern farming inputs at government-controlled price had been worked.

Kyado called on those that were yet to obtain their PVCs to do so for the overall political growth of Kano state.
