President of the Senate Senator David Mark has sent a message of congratulation to the new managing Director and Editor- in- Chief of African Newspapers limited publishers of the Tribune titles Mr. Edward Dickson .
The Senate President noted that Dickson’s appointment is no doubt a reward for hard work, dedication to duty and professionalism.
He said that Dickson has exhibited high moral and ethical standard in the discharge of his duties and asked him to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the management of the huge organization.
The President of the Senate however advised Dickson to be a team player by ensuring that he carries his colleagues along in the scheme of things.
He told him to improve and sustain the enviable legacy of the Nigerian Tribune.
Senator Mark reminded the new management of the Nigerian Tribune to uphold the sanctity of the peace and unity of the nation at all times.
