President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the appointment of “Mr. Sampson O. Worlu as the Director-General of Voice of Nigeria (VON) .A statement by Mr Sam Nwaobasi ,special assistant (media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation said the appointment is “for a first term of 5 years”.
“His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, President of the federal Republic of Nigeria has approved the appointment of Mr. Sampson O. Worlu as the Director-General of Voice of Nigeria (VON) for a first term of 5 years,” the statement said.
“The appointment is with effect from the 4th of March, 2015.
