He says their cord of friendship filled with many memories has existed for decades, explaining that his desire for excellence and ability to work under pressure serve as inspiration to many.

He says 50 years is a landmark that should be celebrated.
While thanking Allah for bestowing His blessings on the celebrant, the farmer Governor prays Allah to grant him more years, good health and wisdom for continued service.
