Ahead of the judgment on Thursday on the suit against President Goodluck Jonathan’s 3rd term bid, Prof Cyriacus Njoku who filed it has called on Nigerians to be calm and law abiding.He said the call has become necessary because of reports that people were converging in Abuja for the verdict.
Said Njoku” With tomorrow slated for judgment before Justice Oniyangi of the FCT High Court Maitama Abuja, I humbly advise all and sundry converging for the said landmark judgment to remain calm and law abiding.
“Reports reaching me is that a lot of people having converging (sic) from far and wide to witness the Judgment.
He pleaded that “Which ever way the judgment goes nobody should take laws into his or her hands. Fairplay is the rule and Justice will be done I so believe.
“Nigeria will be better for it and we shall grow stronger by tomorrows Judgment.”
