The siege on Senator elect Buruji Kashamu’s residence by Nigeria’s drugs law agency, NDLEA may come to an end soon as a court has on Tuesday ordered the agency to vacate his residence and any of his properties.
Kashamu’s residence had been surrounded by NDLEA since Saturday .The senator elect was effective put under house arrest pending his arraignment.
But the NDLEA has now been ordered out of his residence due to the agency’s inability to produce a warrant of arrest .
It is well known that NDLEA has moved against Kashamu in order to effect his extradition to the United States where he is wanted to answer drugs related charges.
