Alhaji Abubakar Yabo, governorship candidate of the Congress For Progressives Congress Change (CPC) in 2011 election in Sokoto state, is dead.
He died Monday night at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUtH), Sokoto after a brief illness.
The deceased who died at the age of 66, was buried on Tuesday after a funeral prayer that was attended by Governor Aliyu Wamakko, among other personalities.
Late Yabo, a former Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority, is survived by two wives, 15 children and many grand children.
