The report of the House of Representatives committee on the grounding of the now famous Amaechi’s plane has accused Caverton Helicopters of “providing information that led the authorities to wrongly believe that Rivers State Government falsified documents thereby leading to the grounding of its aircraft” and the reps have recommended that the Attorney General should “consider prosecuting Caverton Helicopters..”
The reports said “For providing information that led the authorities to wrongly believe that Rivers State Government falsified documents thereby leading to the grounding of its aircraft, the Hon Attorney-General is requested to consider prosecuting Caverton Helicopters..”
