Once again, tragedy struck as a Police helicopter said to be on surveillance duty crashed in Jos, the Plateau state capital today.About four people were reported to have been killed in the crash.
Newly promoted Deputy Inspector of Police John Haruna was among those who died in the crash .Three others including the DIG’s orderly also died in the sad incident .
Jos has been a troubled city as ethno- religious crises have gripped the state.Recently bomb explosions raised the security profile of the city of Jos to a more disturbing level.
