#TrackNigeria: Joint security operatives, including the Police, Army, Customs, DSS, Immigration, Civil Defence Corps in Sokoto on Tuesday paraded 20 suspected bandits allegedly terrorizing people of Sabon Birni local government area.
Parading the suspects before news men at the Command headquarters of the Nigeria Police, the Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Kaoje said the suspects were arrested within the span of a week.
He explained that the suspects were arrested with various types of weapons, including a locally-made gun, axes, army uniforms, Indian hemp, charms and drugs.
While commending the state government for providing logistics for the joint operation, Kaoje called on the people of the state to continue to provide useful information that would assist security agencies to tackle criminals.
