“This project is part of my appreciation for the people of Aguata 11 constituency for the support I have received as lawmaker representing them.

“I call on the head teacher and staff to make the best use of it because our children deserve the best learning environment.

“What I am doing is for all, for now I do not belong to any political party, I will continue to work for the good of all, I shall provide teachers’ desks and chairs in addition to this,” he said.

Ezeokafor said primary school was the starting point of social career and human socialization and called on more people to help provide minimum facility for conducive learning in their communities.

He said as a diocese, the church was willing to fence the school compound which also has a Catholic church in it but regretted lack of cooperation from the people of the community.

“God bless us with intellect and the spirit of generosity so that we can give back as Ikem is doing, our children are our hope so we should give them the best.

“We are happy that you have done this as I call on the teachers to ensure that these facilities are properly put to use and protected.
