Yet another air tragedy has been recorded in Lagos Nigeria as Dana Airlines crashed into a Lagos residential area this evening. The plane carrying 147 passengers plunged into Olaniyi street in Iju-Ishaga area of Lagos.It was on flight from Abuja to Lagos.Another report said there were 153 passengers on board.
Casualty figure was not immediately available but reports said emergency agencies have rushed to the crash scene .Government has been appealing to motorists to give way to emergency service personnel.There were also reports urging Nigerians to avoid sending panicky messages through the new media.
This crash occurred just hours after another cargo plane from Nigeria crashed in Ghana yesterday
