In Brief: 19 Killed in Borno Explosions

At least 19 persons were killed in multiple explosions in Borno State,north east Nigeria latest repors said. Borno is the centre of the lingering Boko Haram insurgency in the country.

Despite being denied access to any  ‘territory ‘ for major operations, as the military says, Boko Haram has continued to attack soft targets using suicide bombers.
