One of the Boko Haram commanders recently swapped for the 82 freed Chibok girls has warned Nigerians about an “imminent bombing of Abuja”
This was disclosed by a Nigerian journalist, Ahmad Salkida, renowned for reporting credible facts about Boko Haram.
Salkida who made this latest disclosure on his twitter handle, @ContactSalkida, said the threat was contained in a video by Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau.The video had not been uploaded on You Tube at the time of his tweets, he said.
Salkida, in one of his tweets named one of the swapped commanders identified as Shuaibu Moni.
Salkida’s tweets read thus: “Developing story: Abubakar Shekau has just released a video on Chibokgirls that were recently swapped with his fighters.
“The video, yet to be uploaded on YouTube was made available to http://Salkida.com . I will tweet the highlights in a moment…
“The video has Shuaibu Moni, one of the swapped BH commanders issuing threats to Nigerian authorities and it’s president.(sic)
“The commander, in the video, declared that it is not true that only 5 commanders were released, warning of imminent bombing of Abuja.
“He further said that there’s been no ‘sulhu’ dialogue with govt and there won’t be. Only war is between us, he declared.
He also said “My twitter is back after hours…
“Two videos were posted to me this evening, the first featured Boko Haram fighters and the second one, featured 3 Chibokgirls.
“The Chibokgirl that spoke in the video today, holding an AK47 rifle is Maida Yakubu.”
