‘Ahmadu Fintiri Umaru’ Is Fake Facebook Page,Says Adamawa Spokesman

Adamawa State Government has denied a “Facebook Account (page) purportedly o pened in the Name of the Acting Governor Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.”
“We wish to inform the general public that the Facebook Account (page) under the name “Ahmadu Fintiri Umaru” has nothing to do whatsoever with the Acting Governor, His aides, associates or any member of the Government.
Solomon Kumangar,chief press secretary to the acting governor said “It is pertinent to point out that the Facebook Account (page) containing false and fabricated information was created by fraudsters for the purpose of mischief
We wish to therefore drawn the attention of the public to the fact that any item(s) posted on the Facebook Account (page) is not from the Governor, and should therefore not be associated with him in anyway.
“Furthermore, the Governor hereby disassociates himself with any comment or response posted by so called “Friends” or proxies on the so called Facebook Account,”the statement said.
