Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has announced his first set of appointments into some federal parastatals.
Chris. C. One on behalf of Director Press,Office of Secretary to the Government of the Federation said Acting President @ProfOsinbajo has approved appointments for some Federal Government Parastatals, Agencies and Commissions.
The statement listed the fresh appointments thus:
Alh. Ali Usman—Chairman, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Mr. Funso Doherty—Director-General, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Mr. Manase Benga—Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Zaki Magawata—Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Ben Oviosun—Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Nyerere Ayim—Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission (subject to confirmation by the Senate).
Dikko Aliyu AbdulRahman—Chairman, Governing Board of the Bank of Industry @BOINigeria
Mr. Olukayode Pitan—Managing Director, Bank of Industry @BOINigeria
Mr. Emeka Nwakpa—Chairman, Governing Board of the Consumer Protection Council @CPCNig
With the exception of those that are subject to confirmation by the Senate, all other appointments take immediate effect, the statement said.
