#TrackNigeria Former governor of Bauchi state, Mohammed Abubakar has instructed his lawyers to institute civil action against Alhaji Bibi Dogo and Alhaji Yakubu Jibrin.
This is contained in a statement by Abubakar Al-Sadique, signed on behalf of Barrister M. A. Abubakar on Sunday.
“Barrister M. A. Abubakar is taking the action against Dogo and Jibrin in order to accord them the opportunity to prove their allegation that the former governor has acquired various property worth billions of Naira in different parts of the country,” it said.
The former governor therefore enjoined his friends and associates to remain calm, law abiding and await the decisions of competent courts of law on the matter.
