The Official residence of the deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Mr. Nuhu Bajoga was gutted by fire yesterday (Wednesday) at 8PM Nigerian time
Newsdiaryonline investigation revealed that the fire incident was as result of what a source described as ‘technical
problem’. Items such as electronics, beddings and other households worth thousands of naira were destroyed by the fire incident
A statement issued by the Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, James Swam said the fire was promptly put off by combined efforts of firefighters and the security men attached to the house along Tafawa Balewa Way in the metropolis.
According to statement the fire started “in the master bedroom and was promptly control by the combined efforts of firefighters and the security.
He said the deputy Governor was not in the bedroom when the fire occurred and glory be to God, there was no casualty.
