Justice Oniyangi of the FCT High Court on Thursday adjourned hearing of the 2015 suit filed by Prof.Cyriacus Njoku praying the court to restrain Goodluck Jonathan from contesting in the 2015 Presidential Elections.
When the matter came up today, the judge noted with displeasure the absence of INEC in court. And upon discovery that INEC has not been attending sitting directed that hearing notice be served upon INEC summoning them to appear at the next sitting.
In court were SAN Okeaya Ade-inneh for President Jonathan; Kwon Victor for PDP and Osuagwu Ugochukwu for Professor Cyriacus Njoku.
