Fresh reports reaching Newsdiaryonline said the National Human Rights Commission,NHRC lost one of its staff to Thursday’s bomb explosion at Nyanya ,a sururb of Abuja.
Mr. James Jeremiah, a staff of the National Human Rights Commission and the assigned driver to the Executive Secretary, Professor Bem Angwe, has been confirmed as one of the persons killed by the Nyanya bomb blast of Thursday this week..
Professor Chidi Anselm,Chairrman of the Commission’s Governing Board who disclosed this on Friday also prayed : “May his soul find merciful repose.”
Also , the NHRC Board Chairman urged people with information about the identity of victims of the explosion to disclose such. “We would also encourage other persons with information as to victim identity to please disclose them so it becomes possible to humanize the victims,” he said.
