#TrackNigeria: The legal assembled by the Peoples Democratic Party senatorial candidate for Kaduna Central in the February 23 elections, Lawal Adamu Usman (Mr LA) has secured a court leave to inspect election materials in the custody of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Already INEC has complied with the court order by allowing Mr LA’s legal team access to its materials in the Kaduna office on Thursday.
INEC’s compliance was contained in a letter dated March 21, 2019 addressed to his solicitors, Ustaz Usman Yunus SAN Chambers based in Kaduna.
The court order was obtained via a motion exparte moved by his lawyers at the Presidential and National Assembly Elections Tribunal sitting in Kaduna last week.
