…Endorsement of Aziz:I’m certainly Not  Party To That-Hassan Hyat

By Lola Idahosa, Kaduna

Governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Hassan Hyat has said that he is  not part of the recent endorsement by some religious groups saying that he is  still very much in the race.

He stated  this in a telephone chat with Newsdiaryonline  insisting that Senator Zego Haruna Aziz is on his own.

According to him, “I’m certainly not a party to that; it is not a decision of Southern Kaduna as SOKAPU is the only mouth piece of Southern Kaduna. The issue is also political and involves the state and not just a section”.

“It is equally not a religious issue for any religious leader to sign any press release” he said.

He however call on his supporters to ignore such endorsement, and that all aspirants from the zone contesting for governorship seat are still very much in the race.
