An aide to former gubernatorial candidate, David Sabo Kente,DSK has debunked reports published by Newsdiaryonline .The story said DSK’s younger brother, Dr John Sabo’s life is under threat and that he is considering going on exile.DSK’s aide who spoke with Kwararafa Reporters said politicians were out to blackmail his boss.

Ex governorship candidate in the 2015 guber polls in Taraba state, Chief David Sabo Kente, has denied claims that he wants to kill his younger brother, Dr. John Sabo. An aide of Chief Kente, told KWARARAFA REPORTERS in a chat that the Dr. John’s queer claim must be the handiwork of DSK’s political opponents.
Dr. Sabo had reportedly declared that he would soon proceed on self exile as his life was in grave danger. Reports carried by some media (KR not included) said David Sabo Kente (also called DSK by fans) has threatened to strangulate John Sabo on the grounds of the latter’s insistence that he was cheated by his elder brother. John, a medical doctor, was until recently a top manager and major share holder in the DSK business empire spanning real estate, hotels and oil and gas. The former Director of finance at the National Assembly, DSK, is generally viewed as wealthy. He ran for governorship on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Dr. John Sabo, on the other hand, left his medical career to work for his brother. He is claiming now that his life is in danger.
But in a swift reaction, an aide of DSK, Kelvin Nuvalga, said Dr. John is being used by politicians to tarnish the business man’s image. He said, “Dr. John is just being wicked and becoming a willing tool in the hands of politicians who are afraid of DSK’s rising profile. Since Chief decamped to APC, many politicians have continued to be afraid of the possibilities. They now found Dr. John that was practically brought up by DSK and now have recruited him for their blackmail. Don’t forget that it was DSK who put John through medical school here and abroad and got him his first job. It was DSK who even sponsored his marriage which has now collapsed. John has suffered from suicidal insticts and on three occasions, almost killed himself. He left DSK with the company’s car. No one said anything. He then sold the car because of hard times. He wanted 250 million from the business because his name was added in the shareholders. DSK had earlier relegated him because he was swindling the company. John then left. But as a brother, he asked him to name what he wants to do. Don’t forget that John worked for over twenty years as a doctor and was just frustrated with nothing to show. It was DSK that saved him.”
In their response too, Mrs. Rebecca Kente and Solo Kente – all members of the DSK family- said John was lying and trying to hide his deficiencies. Attempts to reach Dr John Sabo by KR was unsuccessful as his number could not be reached. But an unconfirmed source said Dr. John’s life might actually be in danger because he knows “too much about the chief’s business deals and may be willing to testify against his brother.”
