The House of Representatives resumed plenary with a closed- door session which lasted over one hour on Tuesday, after adjourning on the 10th of June 2015.
After Adopting the votes and proceedings,the speaker Yakubu Dogara presented the draft copy of the House legislative framework and Agenda.
According to him “the draft which will be deliberated on by the members will serve as a guidance for the legislators throughout this session.”
Also the House has directed the National emergency management Agency NEMA and other relevant agencies to facilitate the construction of temporary bridges in Michika and Madagali Federal Constituencies of Adamawa State” he stated.
The house also adopted the Motion moved by Adamu Kamale the House said ” that the moved will serve as a palliative measure to facilitate free movement and distribution of relief materials and also enable the easy return of internally displaced people” he analyzed
The reports from the House of Reps also indicate that the house also constituted three adhoc committees namely media and publicity to be headed by Sani Zoro,Standing Order to be chaired by Okeja Emmanuel and Code of conduct committee to be headed by Aminu Shehu Shagari.
