The Police Service Commission has approved the posting of CP. Henry Adebayo Fadairo to Cross River State as the new Commissioner of Police for the State Command,a statement by Ikechukwu Ani,head, press and public relations unit said.
Fadairo until his new posting was the Commissioner of Police in-charge of Administration at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
The statement said the posting is in line with the Constitutional Mandate of the Commission to appoint Officers as Commissioners of Police for State Commands.
Ani said further that the approval for the posting of CP. Fadairo to Cross River State has since been communicated to the Inspector General of Police in a letter signed by the Permanent Secretary/ Secretary to the Commission, Mr. George A. Ossi.
