#TrackNigeria: The Supreme Court of Nigeria on Friday struck out a motion by Rivers state government to challenge the suspension of Walter Onnoghen as Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
President Muhammadu Buhari suspended Onnoghen over allegations of false assets declaration, which made Rivers government to file a motion to challenge the suspension.
The Supreme Court however struck out the application.
