As the lingering fuel scarcity bites harder, Nigeria’s Senate President,Bukola Saraki has directed the Committee on Petroleum Downstream to cut short its recess to address the problem.
Also, arising from this directive, the committee will meet with the minister of state petroleum,Ibe Kachikwu and Group Managing Director of NNPC, Maikanti Baru on Thursday, 4th January, 2018 by 12.00pm in room 221.
The meeting will be covered live by NTA.
It could be recalled that DAPPMA and NNPC have been trading blames over who is behind the scarcity.
