Just in :Bombs,Gunfire Reported in Damaturu

There are reports of heavy fighting going on in Damaturu Yobe state.Reports said the bombs and gunfire erupted  around the Sabon Pegi area of Damaturu, Yobe state capital this evening.But fighting spread  to  other parts of the town Latest reports said Damaturu is under siege as  the multiple explosions going  on are similar to what happened in Kano a few months back..Unconfirmed report also  said  that a bomb was planted at the Sabon Pegi area  last week.

The Joint Task Force is believed  to be fighting  to bring  the situation under control.’Yobe is under fire.There is  no peace,everybody is worried and this is very disturbing’,a resident of  the state said a few moments ago.
