Sambo Condoles With Governor Yuguda Over Death Of Sister

Namadi-Sambo- 600Vice President Arc Mohammed Namadi Sambo on Sunday in Bauchi condoled with Governor Isa Yuguda, the government and good people of Bauchi State and the entire Yuguda family on the death of Hajiya Umma Hafsatu Yuguda Ibrahim Biri Kanu.

The Vice President was accompanied by the Acting Governor of Taraba State, Alhaji Umar Garba, and the former Governor of Bauchi State, Alhaji Adamu Muazu and other top government functionaries.

He prayed Almighty Allah for the repose of the soul of late Hajiya Hafsatu, while also praying Allah to grant her Aljannah Firdausi.

Arc Sambo said “on behalf of Mr. President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, myself, our families and indeed the entire country, we are extending our sincere condolences to you and your family on the loss of our dear sister Hafsatu.

“We pray that Almighty Allah will grant her Aljannah Firdausi. We pray also that Almighty Allah will continue to bless the family that she has left behind.”

While praying Almighty Allah to strengthen her immediate family and the entire Yuguda family to bear the loss, he said “It is a sad moment but we all know that all of us have that journey before us”.

Praying further Arc Sambo said “We also pray that Almighty Allah give you and all the entire good people of Bauchi State continued wisdom and peace,” he also said.

Speaking Governor Yuguda expressed gratitude to the Vice President and his entourage for the visit, he also appreciated President Goodluck Jonathan for his condolences, praying Almighty Allah to reward them abundantly.

Hajiya Hafsatu passed on last Wednesday, after a protracted illness. She died at the age of 46 leaving behind her husband, the former Head of Service of Gombe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Biri Kanu, four children, an aged mother and other family members.

Prayers were offered for the repose of the soul of late Hajiya Hafsat, her family and the entire country.
