Jonathan Mourns Late Chief Wole Adeosun

Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has described the death of distinguished former banker Chief Oluwole Adeosun as a painful and sad loss.

Jonathan while recalling Chief Adeosun’s laudable career in the banking sector, also commended his contributions as of Transport, Aviation and Communications under the Interim National Government (ING) headed by Chief Ernest Shonekan in 1993.

“As Chairman of the National Pensions Commission (PENCOM), Chief Wole Adeosun contributed immensely to pension reforms and the nation will no doubt miss his uncommon experience and expertise,” the said.

A statement by Reuben Abati special adviser (media & publicity) to the said Jonathan also commiserated with the Adeosun family in particular and the government and people of in general the passage of the revered Osi of Egbaland, prayed that God will grant the soul of the departed eternal rest.
