Group confirms 6 Fulani killed,cows stolen in Manchok crisis

Mobgal Fulbe Development Association (MFDA) Kaduna State has confirmed the killing of six Fulani and cattle worth several thousand Naira stolen during the Manchock tribal crises in Kaura Local Governments of the State.

A statement signed by the State Secretary of MFDA, Ahmed Mairiga Yandeh said a lot of Fulani houses and properties in the area have been burnt down.

According to the statement, 10 Fulani youth that went out for grazing are missing and their cows confiscated in the area.

He said another 10 Fulani that were seriously wounded, that were taken to Kafanchan General Hospital have been referred to 44 military Hospital in Kaduna for proper medication.

He called on Kaduna State Government, police, NEMA to come to the aid of Fulanis in Kaura Local Governments with a view to saving them from the difficult situation they are now facing .
